J. MICHAEL OAKES
General Counsel
Mr. Oakes has over 25 years of legal experience, practicing primarily in the areas of general business and real estate. His experience includes business planning, entity formation and the handling of all aspects of the purchase, sale, leasing and financing of real property.
Mr. Oakes received his undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University in 1980 and his law degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1983.
He has been licensed to practice law in the state of Nevada since 1983 and is currently with Foley and Oakes, PC.
