CHARLIE STINCHCOMB
Senior Vice President, Marketing
Charles Stinchcomb joined The Montecito Companies in October of 2005. Previously, Mr. Stinchcomb worked for the U.S. government for over 10 years as an environmental biologist specializing in endangered species of California. While at The Montecito Companies, he started as marketing specialist for both commercial and residential property acquisitions and dispositions throughout the Southwestern United States.
As Senior Vice President of Marketing, Mr. Stinchcomb leads the company’s intensive market research and fieldwork activities to maintain existing projects and future investment opportunities in Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada. He is the creator and manager of our extensive residential and commercial database ranging from large MSAs to individual projects. Through this data source, he provides insight and a streamlined analysis crucial for making timely real estate decisions. Mr. Stinchcomb holds a real estate license in the state of California and is an active member of ICSC, PCBC and the BIASC.
Mr. Stinchcomb holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
