Montecito Town Center
Las Vegas, NV
Montecito Town Center is a Master Planned "City Center" located in Northwest Las Vegas, Nevada. It represents the metro center of commercial development which has the fastest growing zip codes in the United States as of this writing. This 56 square mile (AKA Centennial Hills) master plan by design compresses all retail, commercial, office, medical, upper education and convenience/professional services into a centralized zone. These non residential uses are limited to some 1500 acres bifurcated by the Las Vegas beltway (215) and US 95. All four quadrants of the Centennial Hills are connected by a Town Center commercial loop allowing vehicular traffic from each quadrant to traverse the various town center locations without being required to access the freeway.

Montecito Marketplace shopping center is located at the center of this metroplex wedged in between a city regional park, the new large regional "Centennial Hills" hospital and an under design community college. The Montecito Marketplace Shopping Center is at the Freeway off ramp as well.

Tenaya Village Shopping Center
Las Vegas, NV

Tenaya Village is 60 acre master planned commercial development located at the southeast gateway to the Centennial Hills Business Loop. The development incorporates a 100,000 square foot retail center, retail pads and office park pads available for purchase. Tenaya Village is wedged in between Wal-Mart and Target.

Cheyenne Pointe
Las Vegas, NV
Cheyenne Pointe is a new shopping center located at the off ramp of I-15 (east bound) and Cheyenne in North Las Vegas, Nevada. This "value" center will provide retail services to both the Freeway traffic on I-15 as well as to the 138,000 people who live in a 3 mile radius. The project is located a short distance from the 200 acre community college as well.

65,000 cars pass by this center where retailers can buy pads or lease in line space. Anchor Tenants to date include two NYSE companies: One in the value general merchandise business and the other in the rent to own business. A grocery store will be announced soon as well.

Overall, the center will be in excess of 90,000 square feet having groceries, banking, restaurants and shopping.
